wie wärs mit was naheliegendem nen tzr zyinder montierne oder den dt zylinder beschichten lassen dann nen tzr vergaser drauf und du hast 30PS dann hast du nämlich nen TZR motor ob man den vergaser unbedingt braucht weiß ich net dann kannst du noch ne racing auspuff draufhauen tuning memrane und dann kommst du auf gut 30PS sollte genug sein denk ich

dann wars halt der kolben ich weiß es nimmer so genau wenn nicht die beschichtung war was solls dann sein mehr kompression geht ja fast net liegt das etwa allein an dem 32er vergaser

wenn man ihn koplett auf tzr umrüstet hat man ja schon 30 PS und da kann man dann bestimmt noch was rauskitzeln und wenn doch nicht wird nitro zugemischt :D

einfach tuningauspuffanlage ,32er vergaser,twinair,carbonmembrane,und den zylinderkopf so 1,5mm schleifen dann hasde deine 35PS!!!!

Mit solchen pauschalen Aussagen zum Thema Tuning wäre ich vorsichtig.

Deine Angaben zum Abdrehen des Zyl.-Kopfes sind ja schon richtig gefährlich.
Bei der neuen DT 125 R würde ein Abdrehen um 1,5 mm ein geometrisches Verdichtungsverhältnis von fast 20 : 1 !!!!!!!! bezwecken.
Das geometrische Verdichtungsverhältnis über der Leistung zeigt deutlich, dass sich die Leistung beinahe assymptotisch einer Geraden bei einem Verdichtungsverhältnis von 16 : 1 annähert. Also ab 16 : 1 der Leistungszuwachs durch Erhöhung der Verdichtung für unsere Zwecke sehr gering ist.

Also mit einer unsinnigen Verdichtung von 20 : 1 wäre keinem geholfen.
