edit: hab das Bild mittlerweile übrigens mal begradigt...und das komische weiße Zelt da hinten rausretuschiert. Aber bin zu faul das jetzt nochmal hochzuladen...

Einfach zwei Ebenen vom Bild erstellen,auf der oberen das gewuenschte Objekt "ausschneiden" und die darunterliegende Ebene SW faerben.
fertig.

kommt man eigentlich auch selber drauf, wenn man sich ueberhaupt schon mal mit Photoshop CS3 befasst haben wuerde.

gibts verschiedene Methoden. Ich machs meistens so dass ich mir dass Objekt dass farbig bleiben soll ausschneide und als extra ebene nehm. dann hab ich noch den Hintergrund und da geh ich dann im Ebenen Menü auf Kanalmixer und dann kannst dort Monochrom anklicken dann isses schwarz weis und dein Objekt noch farbig. Würd mal behaupten ist die einfachste Variante!
