Was wärs dir ned wert?
Zu stoffen um das gewicht zu erreichen oder das gewicht mit sich rum schleppen um "anständig auszusehen" ? wobei die 100 kg für die größe ja kein übermäßiges gewicht sind.

Dachte gar ned dass du soo groß bist, dann is klar dass du dir hart tust. Ich kotz ja schon mit meine 1,84 ab.

großgewachsen baut man auch ned ned weniger auf. problem ist halt nur, dass proportional alles anders wirkt. 40er OA sieht halt bei 1,90 immer noch nach wenig aus, im gegensatz zu 1,70 zwergen.

jop das stimmt. bevors jetz falsch rüberkommt das mist bezog sich aber darauf dass ich die 1,90 net gepackt hab, wär nämlich gern die entscheidenden 3-4cm größer (mehr net, aber grad so dass ich eben net nur groß sondern riesig bin :D )

Kumpel von mir is 1,96m der hat ewig gebraucht um von 85kg auf 112kg mit wenig KFA zu kommen. Aber jetzt wirkt der aber auch dementsprechend. :daumen:
Man müsste die Geduld und Nervenstärke eines Stuhls haben, der muss auch mit jedem Arsch klar kommen. :daumen:

alter schwede, 112kg bei 1,96 als hobby-bb'ler!?
das ist krass, bin auch 1,96 gross, aber könnte mir so ein gewicht bei mir nie vorstellen. wiege momentan knapp 90kg, total untrainiert und mit nem kleinen aber sichtbaren speckgürtel um bauch und hüfte.

ja, wird jetzt wieder zeit nach fast 2 jahren trainings-abstinenz mal wieder gas zu geben...

So letzte Prüfung geschafft heute gehts wieder los. Stück für Stück gehts wieder auf mein Niveau von Mitte Dezember hoch. Hab mich zwecks Regeration schon mit Glutamine eingedeckt. Gewicht hat sich nicht geändert bin immernoch bei 82Kilo allerdings gibts es heute Abend dann einen schockierenden Einblick auf meinen KFA

Im Dezember waren es 107,5kg 3mal. Ich denke jetzt bin ich nach 2 Monaten komplett ohne Training wieder gut unter 100Kilo.

edit: Ich hoffe dass ich bin zum 2. Quartal wieder bei 110 Kilo saubere 8 WH hinbekomme. Hing eine ganze Zeit bei den scheiß 107,5 Kilo fest vllt. klappt es mit dem Pyrmidenprinzip besser zu trainieren.
